2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the imperiumgin.pt website and purchases made through the online store.
3. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 106/2015.
By making a purchase, the customer declares that they are 18 years of age or older.
Imperium Gin reserves the right to request proof of age and cancel orders that do not comply with this requirement.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The available payment methods are indicated at checkout.
5. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to mainland Portugal and the islands.
The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Imperium Gin is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are not accepted, except if the product:
Arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, the customer must contact Imperium Gin within 48 hours of receipt, via imperiumgin@gmail.com, attaching photographs of the problem.
After verification, a replacement or store credit may be issued, depending on the case.
7. Responsibility
Imperium Gin is not liable for damages resulting from the incorrect use of products or for delays caused by external factors (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
8. Changes
Imperium Gin may change these Terms and Policies at any time. Updated versions will always be available on the website.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the District Court of Braga shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
